We have qualified teams of professionals at service depots in virtually all biggest cities of European Russia. They regularly update their skills with training at supplier manufacturing locations in Germany, Austria, the UK and the USA.
Our vehicle-based engineers can carry out the majority of repairs on site, including computer diagnostics with the larger repairs tending to be carried out in one of our well-equipped service bases. We have in-house machine shop, engine test bed and fuel pump stand.
Our parts warehouse holds over half a million items and unusual items can be supplied within a few days.
Many customers take advantage of our extended warranty up to 3 years, service contracts and fixed price work to minimize the financial uncertainty of operating large fleets of equipment.
